More about the role:

Our primary client is interested in providing educational tools and products that are accessible for everyone in the world. Our first step is to produce High School level courses that are focused on providing an increasing number of independent learners or learning groups (such as homeschool or other alternative learning groups). We are looking for a utility player, who has a combination of education, experience in, and passion for some or all of the following areas: Education, Curriculum Design, Video Production, Product Management.

The ideal candidate should be able to zoom in on details, and zoom out to big-picture systems and processes with effortless grace. A master at priority management, he or she should be equally excited on both team projects and solo work. Calm and careful when on-set and working with talent, it is also important to intuitively act as coach and host to the course instructors, when they are onsite. Since this is a moderately technical role, the ability to self-learn, adapt to, and problem-solve with new softwares and programs is also highly valued. The ideal candidate will also love learning on any topic, and will find great satisfaction and enjoyment in helping others to learn and grow.

Bonus characteristics:

  • Familiarity with project management methodologies, such as Scrum, Agile, or Kanban.

  • Experienced with administration, developing teams, documentation, and systems to support initiatives and projects.
